Product features:
Qizi brand environmental protection white latex is a kind of high molecular emulsion polymer which is scientifically processed by our company with advanced production equipment and technology. Can be directly bonded. Dry at room temperature.
Scope of application:
1, paper, wallpaper, book binding, label paste, general furniture, small wood and other special adhesives.
2. Oil painting and other fabrics, wall coating, printing and papermaking, cement reinforcing agent, building adhesive and other materials.
3, plywood wood, rattan supplies, wood, high-grade furniture, decoration industry, sporting goods, raw materials such as pencil machine latex paint.
Usage:
1. Wood water cut law should be controlled at 8-15%, too high or too low will affect the bonding quality.
2, the substrate surface treatment, the substrate surface is free of oil, dust and other impurities; The bonding surfaces must be in full contact.
3. Apply glue evenly and appropriately;
4. It can be cured at room temperature or heated. The highest temperature should not exceed 120°.
5. When pressurizing, the pressure should be sufficient and uniform. The pressure should be pressurized for more than 1.5 hours. In order to achieve better bonding effect, it is best to place 24 hours after pressure relief for processing and 72 hours for testing.
6, can be mixed with some resins, such as urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, melamine resin, etc., to improve their own water resistance and creep.
注意事项：
1、适用黏结多孔材料，一般不宜粘接金属。
2、本产品储存温度必须在室内5-37℃中储存。
3、冬季低温乳液易冻结，已冻结的白乳胶应在水中缓慢升温至25℃-35℃解冻后再用。
4、根据不同用途，可用水进行稀释。
5、保质期：12个月
